Mascore Helical Piles

Mascore is an Ontario helical pile company that sells standard and custom helical piles. Its site says it supplies landscapers, deck contractors and large construction companies, and that it has operated since 2015. It has Facebook, Instagram and YouTube channels.

The site explains that helical piles are screwed into the ground with a drive motor mounted on equipment such as an excavator or skid steer, and that they carry load immediately without waiting for concrete to cure. It points to benefits such as fewer site trips, less labor and waste, and fewer inspector delays. It also notes helical piles are unaffected by high water tables and caving soils. Mascore piles are described elsewhere as CCMC certified.

Mascore sells to contractors and installers. Homeowners should ask their installer which pile brand is used. Contractors can ask Mascore about stock sizes, custom lengths, drive tooling and technical support. Ask for engineering data relevant to your building code and soil.
